You can request deletion of your Creators account and its data without reinstalling or opening the app. These instructions apply to Creators accounts when the feature is available in your version of Step By Step Crochet (Crochet paso a paso).
Request deletion by email
Email mollydigitalapps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Say that you want to delete your Step By Step Crochet account and include your @username if you remember it. You do not need to sign in to this website.
We verify account ownership before processing the request. If you no longer have access to the account email, explain this when contacting us so we can arrange proportionate identity verification. Never send passwords or access keys.
Request deletion in the app
When Creators is available, open Profile → Creator Center → Delete account and confirm. If the option is unavailable or you cannot access the app, use the email method above.
Data that is deleted
Deletion begins for your sign-in account, profile, avatar, submissions and Creators blocks. Published patterns and their images are also withdrawn and permanently deleted from the services used to publish them. Account deletion is different from withdrawing only one pattern.
Data that may remain
Private projects and patterns stored locally remain on your device; remove them in the app or device storage. We cannot remotely erase copies already downloaded by other users.
We may retain the minimum support, security, moderation or complaint information needed to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse or address liabilities, for as long as those purposes require. Residual backups are removed according to provider cycles and are not used to keep withdrawn publications public. You can request details of retention applicable to your case.
Processing your request
After verifying ownership, we will process your request and inform you of the outcome or issues preventing completion. Automatic operations may need retries after temporary failures; deletion is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.
Uninstalling the app or disconnecting Google does not itself delete your Creators account. Deletion does not itself cancel a store-managed subscription; if you have one, manage it through Google Play or the App Store.
